## Readiness

- Recall.ai credential signal: secure local key file exists and is nonempty. No secret value is copied here.
- Recall.ai regional bot endpoint check: HTTP 200 from the US West bot list endpoint using the stored credential.
- Prior internal join artifacts remain available in this room: `recall-live-join-2026-05-13-poll.json` and `recall-live-join-2026-05-12.json`.
- Known prior result: bot joined, recording completed, host ended the call, and transcript/participant artifacts were produced. The chat phrase path was not proven in that run.

## What Neal needs to provide for today's live test

1. The exact internal Zoom meeting URL or room to join.
2. The target time or "start now" instruction.
3. Explicit approval for the Recall bot to join that Zoom meeting.

## Run sequence once approved

1. Confirm meeting URL, title, and expected host.
2. Start one Recall.ai bot join against the approved Zoom URL only.
3. Poll bot status until admitted, recording, done, or failed.
4. Capture redacted status, participant/transcript availability, and any chat or copilot signal.
5. Report outcome back in this ACC room with artifact paths and no credentials.

## Safety boundary

Do not launch a live Zoom participant from this scheduled watcher without Neal's exact meeting URL and explicit live-join approval.
