    Neal, yes, this room can be closed. The automation is live and functioning: Fireflies is checked every 15 minutes, new transcripts are summarized into the Personal Relationship Index, People notes are updated, the Current Meetings index is refreshed, and the local People search index rebuilds after updates. I verified the actual files, not just the chat log: Chay's People note, the current meeting index, and the vector index all updated at 5:01 PM with the two Chay meeting records from May 18. Only caveat is Fireflies occasionally rate limits us, but the poller keeps running and catches the next pass.

    Yep, good to close. The relationship index automation is live, Fireflies polling is running, People notes and the room index are being updated, and the local search guide plus vector index are in place for lookup later.

I verified the Personal Relationship Index handoff, the local TF IDF People search guide, the vector index location, the 20 People-note source boundary, and the Fireflies people-context builder hook that refreshes the vector search after People notes are updated. No Neal decision needed right now. Next owner should use the guide in room docs and rerun the builder or vector build after new Fireflies summaries land.
